FOUNDER PRICE SPECIAL OFFER - £195/month - Limited spaces available • A choice of Massage or Yoga at each session, depending on how you’re feeling that day • A personalised Programme for you to do in between our Sessions; ie Yoga Asanas to practice, Myofascial Release exercises to do to target chronic pain, Journalling or further Reading to help with certain issues. • Care Package (Essential oil and Epsom Salts) (quarterly) • Weekly 30 min Wellbeing Coaching check-in via Zoom or WhatsApp video – optional • WhatsApp messaging if help or advice needed between sessions. • Seasonal Gifts and Special Offers (Batana Hair Mask, Hot Paraffin Wax Foot Mask etc)

Cancellation Policy

Full payment to be taken at booking. No refunds given but can be transferred/gifted to another person, if cancelled/changed with 48hrs notice of appointment.

She also gave me a blend of aromatherapy oils to take home with me, so in times of stress, I smell the blend and it instantly makes me relax.

Massage is much more than just relaxing some muscles, Laura has a healing touch.

Laura listens, makes you feel safe and seen, and intuitively knows exactly what you need for each session. I also love her use of aromatherapy and essential oils in the session. It’s so fun to pick the oils out myself each time and see what comes up from them. I highly recommend Laura! She is now part of my health maintenance routine!
