As a fully qualified Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher, and currently training in Somatic Trauma Therapy and Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, I offer more than treatments.
With training in Swedish Massage, Cancer Care & Palliative Care Massage, Hands-Free Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release, my work is both skilled and sensitive. I combine this with a mindful, trauma-aware approach to yoga, offering personalised 1:1 movement practices that honour your body’s unique rhythm and needs.
We can begin with yoga to gently ground you, followed by intuitive massage to help the body release, integrate, and rest. Throughout, you are held in mindful support—emotionally, physically, and energetically.
Both Yoga and Massage sessions can be taken separately and on their own.
