I use a combination of Swedish Massage techniques depending on what you require at the time. No massage is exactly the same, as our bodies are in constant use and change with the activities and stresses of every day life. I tailor the massage specifically for your needs at the time of treatment, with a thorough consultation, palpation of your muscles and regular communication throughout, to ensure the correct treatment for you and to ensure your safety and comfort at all times.

I use the highest Medicinal Grade Essential Oils from Wisdom of the Earth, who use small batch, steam diffused essences from small farms.

Quality is of the utmost importance to me, so I use cold pressed and unrefined Grapeseed Oil, or 100% natural Songbird Massage Wax ...... the choice is yours.

We work together selecting from a choice of over 30 Essential Oils, to make a unique blend just for you…you will be given a sample to take home with you, so you can continue your wellbeing journey between massages. Alternatively, if this feels a little overwhelming for you, I can use a pre mixed blend for ENERGISING, CALMING or BALANCING, which I make from my collection of Essences from Wisdom of the Earth.

Absolutely! Actually, it might be even better, as many of us feel more relaxed at home, so will benefit from the massage more. Fresh towels and linens are used for each client, with the bed and bolsters wiped down with antibacterial spray and cleaned thoroughly after each client. My massage bed is extremely robust yet comfortable, with many a client falling asleep on it! I can also play music of your choice, or have peace and quiet.

My prices include travel if you live in Edinburgh and within a 10mile radius. However, please contact me if you live outside Edinburgh, and we can discuss a Time & Travel Charge depending on your location. I also travel to Hospitals, Hospices and Care Homes…please arrange permission from your Healthcare Team prior to my visit.
