I felt instantly at ease and safe with Laura. I suffered abuse as a child and have a lot of trauma around my neck and head, but slowly, over time, Laura was able to gently bring a nurturing touch to these red flag areas, and eliminate any triggers.

She also gave me a blend of aromatherapy oils to take home with me, so in times of stress, I smell the blend and it instantly makes me relax.

Massage is much more than just relaxing some muscles, Laura has a healing touch.

It was such a relief to have a massage and think I recovered quicker because of it.

Laura listens, makes you feel safe and seen, and intuitively knows exactly what you need for each session. I also love her use of aromatherapy and essential oils in the session. It’s so fun to pick the oils out myself each time and see what comes up from them. I highly recommend Laura! She is now part of my health maintenance routine!
