She also gave me a blend of aromatherapy oils to take home with me, so in times of stress, I smell the blend and it instantly makes me relax.

Massage is much more than just relaxing some muscles, Laura has a healing touch.

After surgery I was nervous to have a massage, but Laura was able to adapt my position so I was extremely comfortable, and she checked regularly that her pressure was ok and advised to shorten the time of the treatment.

It was such a relief to have a massage and think I recovered quicker because of it.

Laura listens, makes you feel safe and seen, and intuitively knows exactly what you need for each session. I also love her use of aromatherapy and essential oils in the session.
