A relaxing yet therapeutic massage, combining a mix of Swedish Massage techniques, Hands Free deep tissue and Myofascial Release techniques tailored uniquely for you, depending on your needs. A combination of techniques to warm and relax your muscles, tease out any knots or adhesions and improve the overall condition and function of your muscles, leaving you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and calm.
